Mpox

As of 23 November 2025, a total of 832 cases of mpox clade Ib (including 12 deaths), have been reported in Kenya in 2025.

Cholera

As of 17 November 2025, a total of 236 cholera cases, with six deaths, have been reported since the beginning of October 2025.

Chikungunya
Reported 16 October 2025Spread by mosquito bites
An outbreak of chikungunya has been reported in Mombasa County, June – July 2025. A total of 614 cases (97 confirmed) and no deaths were recorded.
