Getting to Our Clinic from Bowdon
By car from Bowdon
From the village centre, come down The Downs into Altrincham, skirt the town centre and pick up the A560 Stockport Road heading towards Timperley; the clinic is at number 250, right on the main road, and the whole run takes roughly five to ten minutes, traffic depending. Starting nearer Bowdon Vale, Langham Road and Stamford Road bring you into town the same way. There's free parking on site, so no meters, apps or circling for a space.
By tram, train or bus
Walk or drive down to Altrincham Interchange at the foot of The Downs, then ride the Metrolink a couple of stops towards Manchester on the Altrincham line and hop off at Timperley — the clinic sits near the Timperley stop, on Stockport Road. The Interchange also handles buses and Mid-Cheshire line trains, and bus services running along the Stockport Road corridor between Altrincham and Timperley stop close to the clinic as well.

Bowdon sits right beside junction 7 of the M56, so for many residents the route to Manchester Airport starts almost on the doorstep — and a pre-trip clinic visit slots neatly into the same rhythm. Get vaccines and antimalarials sorted in Timperley in the days before you fly, or combine your appointment with school pick-up in Altrincham or an errand in town: Stockport Road is only a few minutes beyond the town centre, and evening slots run to 9pm.
