Two services, one local partner

Workplace flu and business travel, sorted

Whether you want to protect your whole team ahead of flu season or make sure staff are safe before they fly out for a conference or project, we make corporate vaccination simple. We are a GPhC-registered pharmacy and a registered Yellow Fever centre in Timperley, between Altrincham and Manchester, looking after employers across Trafford, Sale, Hale, South Manchester and the wider Greater Manchester area.

Unlike national call-centres, you deal with a named local clinic. We bring the clinic to you for on-site flu jabs, provide pharmacy vouchers for anyone who cannot attend, run business travel risk assessments and vaccinations, invoice your company directly, and keep the records you need — all with the evening and weekend availability that busy workplaces actually want.

Workplace flu

On-site flu clinics at your premises

Seasonal flu is one of the biggest drivers of winter absence. We bring a registered pharmacist to your workplace to vaccinate staff quickly and safely, with each appointment taking just a few minutes. For anyone who cannot attend in person, we provide pharmacy vouchers so remote and hybrid colleagues are protected too.

  • A registered pharmacist vaccinates on-site under a Patient Group Direction, screening and taking consent from every employee
  • Pharmacy vouchers for remote, hybrid or dispersed staff to redeem at a local pharmacy
  • Best booked for September to early November, before flu peaks over winter
  • COVID-19 boosters can be given at the same visit where wanted
  • Minimal disruption — staff are seen in waves around their working day

Business travel

Travel vaccinations for business travellers

Sending staff abroad for a conference, client site or longer assignment? We carry out a destination-based travel risk assessment and provide the vaccines and antimalarials each trip needs, from hepatitis A and typhoid to yellow fever where it is required for entry. As a registered Yellow Fever centre with evening and weekend slots, we can also turn around short-notice business trips.

  • Destination risk assessment based on NHS and TravelHealthPro (NaTHNaC) guidance
  • Hepatitis A & B, typhoid, tetanus/diphtheria/polio, MMR and more
  • Yellow fever vaccine and the official ICVP certificate, valid 10 days after vaccination
  • Prescription antimalarial tablets where the destination needs them
  • Same-day, evening and weekend appointments for trips booked at short notice

The business case

Why workplace flu vaccination pays off

Flu lands hard on businesses every winter. Vaccinating your team is a simple, low-cost way to protect productivity and show staff you value their wellbeing.

  • Seasonal flu causes an estimated 4.8 million lost working days in the UK each year, costing around £319 million (RAND Europe / University of Cambridge, 2023)
  • Minor illnesses such as colds and flu are the most common cause of short-term absence, cited by 94% of organisations (CIPD, 2023)
  • Average sickness absence has risen to about 7.8 days per employee a year, the highest in over a decade (CIPD, 2023)
  • One on-site session can protect many staff at once, before the winter peak

Why employers choose us

A local corporate clinic, not a call-centre

Everything you need from a corporate vaccination partner, run by a registered pharmacy on your doorstep.

On-site at your workplace

Our pharmacist comes to your premises and vaccinates staff in a quiet room, so your team is protected with minimal time away from their desks.

Vouchers for remote staff

Home, hybrid or field-based employees get a pharmacy voucher to redeem locally, so your whole workforce is covered, not just the office.

Flu and travel under one account

Seasonal flu and business travel vaccinations from a single provider and one point of contact, with no need to juggle separate suppliers.

Registered Yellow Fever centre

We can give the legally certified yellow fever vaccine and ICVP certificate that many countries require, which most flu providers cannot offer.

Small teams welcome

No large minimum contract. From a handful of staff to hundreds, and from a single business traveller upwards, we will tailor a plan to suit you.

Direct invoicing & records

We bill your business directly so staff never pay out of pocket, and provide the consent and uptake records you need for your files.
