Getting to Our Clinic from Knutsford
Driving from Knutsford
Take the A556 north from Knutsford towards Manchester, join the M56 at Junction 7 and follow the A56 towards Altrincham, then continue through to Timperley — we're at 250 Stockport Road (the A560), WA15 7UN. It's roughly 7 miles and about 20 minutes, traffic depending. Prefer to skip the motorway? The quieter lanes through Ashley and Hale bring you out much the same way. Free on-site parking means no meters and no circling when you arrive.
By train — it's a direct line
Knutsford is on the Mid-Cheshire line, and Northern trains run direct through Mobberley, Ashley and Hale to Altrincham — no changes needed, usually around a quarter of an hour, though do check live times as services are roughly hourly. From Altrincham Interchange, hop on the Metrolink (Altrincham line) two stops to Timperley; the clinic is a short walk from the Timperley stop on Stockport Road.
Fold it into a journey you're already making
Knutsford sits right on the A556 corridor to the M56 and Manchester Airport, so if you're doing an airport run, a pre-trip currency-and-cases day or a regular drive north, the clinic is barely a detour. Mid-Cheshire line commuters pass through Altrincham twice a day anyway — and because we're open until 9pm Monday to Saturday, an appointment on the way home from work is entirely realistic.
