As of 14 July 2026, a total of four cases of Zika virus disease linked to travel to Indonesia, were reported in the UK in 2026.

Chikungunya

As of 31 July 2025, a total of 3,608 confirmed chikungunya cases have been reported across 19 provinces of Indonesia during 2025. This represents on increase in case numbers compared to the same period in 2024 when 1,399 cases were recorded.
